Alpha Care - Home & Health Services, is a certified, multi-faceted Home Health Agency that offers around the clock skilled and non skilled healthcare services to help individuals, including babies, elders, ill and disabled persons discharged from hospitals and other health care institution so they can recover in the comfort of their residence. Timely skilled and non skilled home health care services can make the difference between continued progress during recovery or being re-admitted with worsen conditions. Skilled nursing, therapies, correct medical equipment use, medication management and education, and non skilled services such as personal care, homemaker, companionship can make the difference between recovery progress or being readmitted with worsening conditions for patients leaving the hospital. Alpha Care's qualified caregivers, under the supervision of our Director of Nursing (DON), working with client's physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals develop a plan of care that will ensure the best possible outcomes. We offer comprehensive home health services including but not limited to:

Our goal is to provide professional home health services to clients in their place of residence so they achieve recovery goals after discharge from hospitals or other healthcare institution and enhance ability to perform activities of daily living. PEDIATRIC HOME CARE

We provide a broad spectrum of pediatric home care for children and we understand the anxiety and difficulties the parents or families of those children needing nursing care or home health aide services at home. That is why our home health agency staff such cases with competent, trustworthy, compassionate caregivers to reduce the families anxiety and reassure them that child is in good hands.
